As the shocking revelations unfolded outside the Mind-reading Crystal, Lilith Blackwood's emotions erupted in a tempest of fury and betrayal. Tears streamed down her face as she lashed out at the man she had once loved with all her heart.

"You liar!" she screamed, her voice raw with anguish. "I will never forgive you, Azrael! I will keep you trapped by my side for all eternity, forced to atone for your sins, or my hatred will never be quelled!"

With her resolve hardened by the bitter sting of betrayal, Lilith turned to Calista Silverleaf, her eyes blazing with a frightening intensity. "Open the 12th-level Divine Prohibition Spell and hand Azrael over to me, now!"

Her demand sent shockwaves through the gathered mages and lords, their faces etched with disbelief at the Vampire Queen's audacity. Wind Saint, along with the other three leaders, had previously made a pact with Calista Silverleaf to remain neutral observers, but now the very foundation of their agreement was being tested.

Calista Silverleaf, her expression cold and unyielding, met Lilith's gaze with a defiant stare. "And what if I refuse?" she asked, her voice dripping with disdain. "With the Divine Artifact in my possession, you have no power over me, Lilith Blackwood."

But Lilith, her mind consumed by the fires of vengeance, was not to be deterred. "If you don't release Azrael to me," she hissed, "I will slaughter everyone here, and then I will turn my wrath upon your precious elven race. The choice is yours, Calista Silverleaf."

The gathered heroes and villains recoiled in horror at the depths of Lilith's depravity, her willingness to hold the lives of innocents hostage in her pursuit of retribution. And yet, as the leader of the Justice League, Calista Silverleaf found herself bound by the very principles she had sworn to uphold, unable to ignore the threat of mass murder, even at the hands of a madwoman.

As Lilith's rage boiled over, her illusions began to spread like a malevolent plague, twisting the minds of those present and driving them to the brink of self-destruction. But Calista Silverleaf, her powers fueled by the righteous fury of the natural world, dispelled the dark enchantments with a single, blinding burst of divine light.

With a gesture of her hand, she sent a pulse of calming energy coursing through Lilith's veins, forcing the Vampire Queen's frenzied mind to still, if only for a moment. "Why do you stop me?" Lilith demanded, her voice trembling with barely contained rage.

Calista Silverleaf, her eyes hard and unreadable, spoke in a tone of measured calm. "I have no quarrel with the Abyssal Mage Emperor, nor any history with him. My only reason for capturing him was the prophecy that linked him to the disappearance of my beloved husband, and the belief that his imprisonment was necessary for the sake of the world and the unity of our alliance."

She paused, her gaze flickering to the shimmering depths of the Mind-reading Crystal, where the secrets of Azrael's past continued to unfold. "I will make you an offer, Lilith Blackwood. If, after witnessing the entirety of Azrael's memories, we find that his crimes are not as they appear, I will help you to free him from his prison. But only if you swear to abide by the truth, whatever it may be."

With those words, the battle lines were drawn, the assembled heroes and villains splitting into two distinct factions. On one side stood Wind Saint, Wendys, the Empress of Flames, and the Werewolf Empress, united in their determination to see justice done. On the other, Lilith Blackwood and her allies, their hearts filled with a desperate, clawing need to reclaim the man they had all loved and lost.

And in the middle of it all, Calista Silverleaf, the SSS-rank powerhouse, watched the unfolding drama with a smile of cold amusement. For she alone knew the terrible truth - that Azrael's mind and soul teetered on the very brink of oblivion, his life force sustained only by the power of the Mind-reading Crystal. The moment his memories were fully revealed, he would be lost forever, his essence scattered to the cosmic winds.

She could already picture the looks of horror and despair on the faces of those who had fought so hard to save him, and the thought filled her with a perverse sense of satisfaction. For in the end, she would be the one to walk away victorious, her husband's whereabouts finally revealed, free to leave this place and all its sordid intrigues behind.
