As the five werewolf elders frantically poured their power into the barrier, Azrael found himself pinned to the ground by a gravity spell, his bones creaking under the immense pressure. Despite the agony, he refused to give up, crawling step by step towards the blood pool where Emily lay. "Emily, I'm sorry. Your master was wrong," he gasped.

"No!" Outside the Mind-reading Crystal, the Werewolf Empress's emotions had completely shattered. She had already forgiven Azrael, and she pleaded with him not to go any further. However, she quickly realized that the blood-soaked figure of her master was merely a memory. Even so, the sight tore at her heart, leaving her in unimaginable pain. She had never imagined that her master had done so much for her.

Yet, over the years, what had she done? She had lived each day resenting him, even joining forces with the other empresses to attack him and seal him within the Divine Prohibition Spell. The Vampire Queen, Lilith Blackwood, sighed as she gazed at Azrael trapped within the spell. Her heart was filled with resentment. "If only you knew how gratifying it is to see you in this state, Azrael. As long as you live, my hatred will never be quelled."

Inside the crystal, Azrael finally reached Emily's side. The sight of his blood caused Emily's eyes to snap open, once again turning a deep, bestial red. In another part of the werewolf sanctuary, a large rift had opened in the sky. The surviving werewolves rejoiced at the prospect of escape, but their hopes were dashed when they saw the hordes of vampires waiting outside, led by several SS-rank vampire lords.

They realized with despair that the vampires had orchestrated this catastrophe to exterminate the werewolf race. Lilith Blackwood, however, paid no heed to the werewolves. She urgently summoned the vampire lords, declaring, "The werewolf elders are in the midst of evolution. Now is the perfect opportunity to annihilate them!"

Lilith was clever enough not to reveal her true motive – saving the life of a mere human. Had the vampire lords known, they would have surely ignored her, even if she was the Vampire Priestess. The lords rushed to confront the werewolf elders, forcing them to interrupt the ritual and cough up blood.

Meanwhile, Emily began to frantically absorb the power from the blood pool, her cultivation skyrocketing. In the blink of an eye, she transformed into a white werewolf, but at the cost of her sanity. She had completely lost control.

Lilith Blackwood quickly rescued Azrael, who was now a bloody, broken mess. Her hands trembled as she cradled him, fearing that the slightest movement might cause him further harm. "What's happening to me?" she wondered silently. At first, she had found Azrael's ability to easily break her illusions intriguing. Later, the rivalry with Emily for his affection had been amusing. But was that all there was to it?

Lilith found herself lost and confused. The sight of Azrael on the brink of death pierced her heart like a thousand needles, the pain almost unbearable. On the other side of the battlefield, Emily's power had reached a terrifying level. She had even managed to absorb one of the S-rank werewolf elders in a surprise attack.

The remaining elders, realizing the tide had turned against them, declared that they must retreat. Lilith Blackwood prepared to leave with Azrael, but he begged her to send him back to Emily's side, to calm her and restore her to her senses.

"Even now, you're still thinking of your student? Can't you see that she's completely out of control?" Lilith exclaimed.

But Azrael persisted, humbly pleading with her. She proposed a deal – he would go with Lilith to the vampire castle, but only if she helped him save Emily first. Azrael readily agreed, even though it meant breaking his earlier promise to Emily. There was no time for hesitation.

Hearing this, Lilith grew even more furious. "You're really going to throw your life away?" she hissed. But she could only glare at Azrael with a mixture of resentment and longing. "Oh, Azrael, you truly are my nemesis. I've done so much for you. Just wait and see how you'll repay me."
