The Elven Queen, Calista Silverleaf, was filled with rage. "How dare you!" she shouted into the void. "Have you no shame? You're all supposed to be rulers, and yet you resort to sneak attacks!"
Her words echoed through the emptiness, but the space remained still. It was clear that the other leaders who had yet to show themselves had no intention of responding to her taunts.
Just as Calista's frustration reached its peak, a burst of laughter rang out from the distance. Suddenly, the void trembled, and countless massive figures emerged, their presence so overwhelming that the very fabric of space seemed to collapse under their weight.
The gathered mages gasped in shock as they realized that hundreds of werewolves had arrived, each one boasting the strength of an A-rank warrior. At the head of the pack was the Werewolf King, Alexa Nightpaw, a being of near-SS-rank power.
He approached the Werewolf Empress and bowed respectfully. "Your Majesty," he began, "I must speak of the crimes committed by Azrael, the Abyssal Mage Emperor. It was because of him that our entire race suffered devastating losses. I implore you to aid the Elven Queen in bringing an end to his wretched existence."
The mages, still reeling from the sudden turn of events, were stunned by the Werewolf King's words. They had never imagined that such a deep-seated enmity existed between Azrael and the werewolf race.
Upon hearing the Werewolf King's plea, the Werewolf Empress, who had remained expressionless until now, finally showed a flicker of emotion in her eyes. It was a memory she would have given anything to forget, a pain that had never truly healed.
In truth, she cared little for Azrael's past actions. What mattered to her was that he had broken the sacred oath they had once shared. He had promised to never abandon her, and yet, in the end, he had allowed himself to be swayed by others, leaving her behind.
The thought of Azrael's departure tore at her heart like a jagged blade, the agony as fresh as the day he had walked away. With a heavy heart, she made her decision. She would stand beside the Elven Queen, united in their pursuit of justice and retribution.
The Werewolf King, sensing the shift in the Empress's demeanor, pressed on. "My Queen, the time has come for us to set things right. Together, we shall make the Abyssal Mage Emperor pay for his sins and restore honor to our people."
